We aim to post all in-stock items within 2-3 days of you placing your order, using the shipping method chosen at checkout. If you have a specific deadline for receiving items (ie for a gift, etc) please contact me directly and I'll do my best to get your order to you in time.
Made-to-Order items are made especially for you and take around 3-4 weeks to complete. Larger orders, such as table settings, are currently taking around 10-12 weeks to be made. I will get in touch if I have any questions about your order and try to keep you up-to-date whilst it's being made. You'll receive email confirmation when it's been posted to you.
The shipping costs reflect the delicate nature of ceramic products and much care is taken to wrap your order carefully and get it to you in perfect condition. Accidents do happen however, so if you receive any item(s) which were damaged in transit, please take a picture of the item(s) and contact me directly on firstname.lastname@example.org. I may be able to arrange a replacement for you.
My studio is in Deptford, SE London and you can also choose to collect your order in person. If you'd like to do this, enter the code TSSDELIVERY at checkout and shipping will not be added to your order. When your pieces are all ready for you, I will be in touch and we will arrange a time for you to come collect your order.
Stoneware is a hardy and strong material but some care needs to be taken. All tableware is food and dishwasher safe. Handwashing will extend the life of the pieces.
Ceramics shouldn't be exposed to rapid temperature changes so it's best to place them in a cool oven and let them warm up gradually as you heat the oven up. They should be microwave safe but as I do not test each item and microwaves have different wattages, I don't recommend they are used in the microwave. Please take care if you do choose to.
I hope you will be very happy with the pottery you've purchased but understand there may be times you may want to return an item bought. You can return your items (excluding personalised items) within 3 days of delivery. Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the return postage and wrapping the items safely. I will refund the cost of the item(s) once returned safely, but original postage costs are not refundable.

The Super Sparrow ceramics never receives your payment information when you place an order. Please visit the relevant websites for full details of their privacy policies.
You can opt out of receiving further promotional material or newsletters by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of our newsletters or emailing me directly on email@example.com. You can also request the information we hold about you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and I will supply this information within one month.
