When you sign up to the newsletter or make a purchase you'll be asked to enter some personal information such as your name, email or postal address and possibly your phone number. We do not share this information with third parties, unless required to do so by law.

How we use your personal information
To send you updates or promotional information via our newsletter.
To confirm your order being placed, posted or any customer service enquiries.
To post your item(s) to you.

Storing your information
We use MailChimp for our newsletters, Squarespace for the website / order placement and Stripe, Sum-Up or Paypal for payment of your orders. The Super Sparrow ceramics never receives your payment information when you place an order. Please visit the relevant websites for full details of their privacy policies. 

Your rights
You can opt out of receiving further promotional material or newsletters by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of our newsletters or emailing me directly on thesupersparrow@gmail.com. You can also request the information we hold about you. Please email thesupersparrow@gmail.com and I will supply this information within one month.

Changes to this policy
I may occasionally make changes to this policy, which will be posted on this page and, where necessary, you will be notified by email.
